01Acceptance of terms

Welcome to HERRERA LTDA (legal name LEONARDO HERRERA LTDA, Tax ID 56.956.054/0001-80). These Terms of Use govern access to and use of our website, apps, SaaS platforms, and digital products.

By accessing or using any of our products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any condition described here, do not use our services.

To make reading easier, some terms have a specific meaning:

• Company / we: HERRERA LTDA and its products.
• User / you: anyone who accesses or uses our services.
• Products: apps, SaaS platforms, digital products, and other digital content offered.
• Account: the personal registration that grants access to certain features.

03Eligibility

Our general-audience products are intended for people 18 years or older. By using them, you confirm you have legal capacity to accept these Terms.

Products aimed at children, such as the Bible-themed drawing app, must be used under the supervision and consent of parents or guardians, who assume responsibility for the use.

04Registration and account

Some services require creating an account. By signing up, you agree to:

• Provide true, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Keep your access credentials confidential.
• Be responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

05Permitted use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use our products for their intended purpose. You may enjoy the contracted features for your own use, within these Terms.

06Prohibited conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or resell our products without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code.
• Use the services for illegal, fraudulent purposes or to violate third-party rights.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any code that compromises security.
• Attempt to access areas, accounts, or systems without proper authorization.
• Share access credentials with third parties.

07Purchases and payments

Purchase of paid products is handled by partner platforms and payment processors. When making a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment details and authorize the corresponding charge.

Prices, terms, and payment methods are shown at the time of purchase. We may update prices at any time, without affecting purchases already completed.

08Refund and right of withdrawal

For purchases made online, you have a 7 (seven) day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase or the start of access to the digital product, in line with applicable consumer-protection law (Brazil's Consumer Protection Code, Law No. 8,078/1990).

To request a refund within this period, simply contact us through our channels. Refunds outside the withdrawal period follow the specific conditions of each product.

09Intellectual property

All content in our products — including software, design, text, trademarks, logos, and materials — is owned by HERRERA LTDA or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. The license granted does not authorize reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation without our express consent.

10Service availability

We work to keep our products available and running well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporary suspensions, always aiming to minimize impact on the user.

11Limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, HERRERA LTDA is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from the use or inability to use the services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including statutory consumer guarantees.

12Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, engages in unlawful conduct, or compromises platform security. You may also close your account at any time by ceasing to use our services.

13Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in products or the law. The date of the last revision will always appear at the top. Continued use of the services after the changes are published represents your agreement to the new version.

14Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of José Bonifácio/SP are elected to settle any disputes, except where the law sets a different jurisdiction, such as in consumer relations.
